Rock House Home Inspections LLC is owned and operated by Andy DePalma. Andy has an extensive background in residential home construction and 26 years of experience with facilities management at Ohio University. After serving as a project coordinator for Habitat for Humanity, he decided to complete the home inspection training programs offered at Hondros College in Columbus.
Andy is fully trained and up-to-date with newer and older homes. He is looking forward to working with you. He will point out discrepancies in an easily understandable way and provide you with the information you want while considering the purchase of your new home.
